Mindfries (“we”, “us”) builds hiring intelligence for engineering roles. This policy covers this website, mindfries.com, and its blog and docs. The company portal (company.mindfries.com) and the candidate portal (candidate.mindfries.com) explain how they handle the data you give them when you sign up.

We only collect what you choose to give us:

• Early-access and design-partner sign-ups: your email address, whether you’re interested in becoming a design partner, which part of the site you signed up from, and when.
• Messages: anything you send when you book a call or contact us.

Like any website, our hosting provider receives standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type when you load a page, to deliver and protect the site.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not track you across other sites.

• To set up design-partner conversations you asked for.

We don’t sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our sign-up list (such as website hosting and our content system), under terms that limit them to that purpose, or when the law requires it.
