Hiring data is sensitive. The evidence Mindfries gathers about candidates is used only to help the company that invited them make its hiring decision, and we don’t sell it.
2. Humans stay in control
Mindfries never auto-rejects a candidate. It recommends and explains; a human reviews every shortlist and makes every call. Each ranking traces to specific, checkable evidence rather than a hidden score.
3. Encrypted in transit
mindfries.com and the company and candidate portals are served only over HTTPS.
4. Private deployment
For teams with stricter requirements, the Enterprise plan offers on-prem and VPC options on request, alongside custom workflows, integration with your tools, and a dedicated support SLA. See the plans.
5. Reporting a vulnerability
If you think you’ve found a security issue, please tell us through the contact section on our home page before sharing it publicly, and give us reasonable time to fix it. Please don’t access other people’s data or disrupt the service while testing.
